We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our logistics, customer service, and overall business functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with different departments to streamline processes, solve problems, and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processing of orders and customer service inquiries.
- Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle relationships with suppliers, couriers, and other partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
